Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and participation in the Seven Affiliates affiliate network ("Seven Affiliates", "we", "us", or "our").

Seven Affiliates operates an affiliate marketing platform that connects approved affiliates ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") with participating advertisers, brands, casinos, sportsbooks and other gaming businesses ("Advertisers").

By registering for a Seven Affiliates account, accessing the Seven Affiliates platform, accepting an Offer, or otherwise participating in the Seven Affiliates affiliate program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to legally bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms, together with the applicable Offer terms, Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, form the agreement between you and Seven Affiliates.

  2. Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  3. Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration.
  4. Have the legal right to conduct your promotional activities in the jurisdictions in which you operate.
  5. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards and industry requirements.
  6. Provide any information or documentation reasonably requested by Seven Affiliates for verification or compliance purposes.

Seven Affiliates may approve or reject an application at its discretion.

We may request additional information before approving an application or at any time during your participation in the program.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.

3. Affiliate Account

Each Affiliate may maintain only one Seven Affiliates account unless Seven Affiliates expressly authorizes otherwise.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You must not:

  • share your account credentials with unauthorized persons;
  • allow another person or entity to operate your account without authorization;
  • create duplicate accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional benefits;
  • provide false or misleading information;
  • use another person's identity or payment details.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Seven Affiliates may suspend or terminate duplicate, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise unauthorized accounts.

4. Offers and Campaigns

Seven Affiliates may make various Offers available to Affiliates through the Platform.

Each Offer may specify:

  • commission structure;
  • CPA, Revenue Share or Hybrid rates;
  • eligible countries;
  • restricted countries;
  • minimum deposit requirements;
  • qualifying conditions;
  • traffic sources;
  • permitted and prohibited promotional methods;
  • PPC and brand-bidding restrictions;
  • incentivized traffic restrictions;
  • promotional requirements;
  • payment terms;
  • negative carryover rules;
  • tracking and attribution rules;
  • additional compliance requirements.

By promoting an Offer, you agree to comply with both these Terms and the specific requirements of that Offer.

Where an Offer contains additional or different requirements, the specific Offer terms will apply to that Offer.

Advertisers may modify, suspend or terminate Offers. Seven Affiliates will communicate material changes where reasonably practicable.

You are responsible for reviewing the current terms of an Offer before promoting it.

5. Promotional Activities

You may promote approved Offers only through promotional methods and traffic sources permitted by Seven Affiliates and the applicable Offer.

You are solely responsible for:

  • your websites;
  • social media accounts;
  • advertising campaigns;
  • email campaigns;
  • content;
  • influencers or third parties you engage;
  • traffic sources;
  • promotional messages;
  • claims made about Advertisers and their products;
  • compliance with applicable advertising laws.

Your promotional materials must be accurate, truthful and not misleading.

You must not make claims about an Advertiser, its products, bonuses, promotions, winnings or services that are not supported by the applicable Offer or approved promotional materials.

Where required by applicable law or advertising standards, Affiliate marketing content must be clearly identifiable as advertising or promotional content. Affiliate marketing can fall within gambling advertising rules, including where an affiliate receives commission from clicks or sales.

6. Gambling Advertising and Responsible Promotion

Because Seven Affiliates operates within the iGaming affiliate industry, all Affiliates must conduct promotional activities responsibly and in compliance with applicable gambling and advertising laws.

Affiliates must not:

  • target persons under the applicable legal gambling age;
  • deliberately target vulnerable persons;
  • encourage irresponsible or excessive gambling;
  • suggest that gambling is a solution to financial, personal or social problems;
  • suggest that gambling guarantees financial success;
  • make misleading claims about bonuses, promotions, winnings or potential returns;
  • conceal material terms or eligibility requirements;
  • portray gambling as a source of guaranteed income;
  • encourage users to gamble beyond their means;
  • use content that is likely to appeal primarily to children or minors;
  • use misleading "free", "risk-free" or similar claims where the user must risk their own money;
  • promote an Offer in a jurisdiction where that Offer is not legally available.

For gambling promotions, significant promotional conditions such as eligibility, minimum deposits, wagering requirements and time limits should be communicated clearly where required by applicable rules.

Affiliates are responsible for understanding the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to their promotional activities and target markets.

7. Prohibited Traffic and Fraud

Seven Affiliates maintains a strict policy against fraudulent, artificial, deceptive or invalid traffic.

You must not generate or attempt to generate commissions through:

  • bots or automated systems;
  • fake users;
  • fake registrations;
  • fake or manipulated deposits;
  • duplicate accounts;
  • self-referrals;
  • cookie stuffing;
  • forced clicks;
  • hidden redirects;
  • tracking manipulation;
  • automated scripts;
  • artificial impressions or clicks;
  • fraudulent payment activity;
  • stolen identities or payment information;
  • bonus abuse;
  • chargeback abuse;
  • incentivized traffic unless expressly permitted;
  • unauthorized cashback, rebates or rewards;
  • misleading or deceptive advertising;
  • traffic generated through malware, spyware, adware or other malicious software;
  • any other method designed to artificially increase commissions.

You must not encourage or assist users in abusing an Advertiser's bonuses, promotions, payment systems or player account procedures.

You must not use your own affiliate link to register, deposit or generate commission from an account that you directly or indirectly control.

You must not arrange with another person or entity to generate artificial commissions.

Seven Affiliates may use internal systems and third-party fraud detection services to identify suspicious activity.

8. Traffic Sources and Brand Restrictions

Affiliates may use only traffic sources permitted by the applicable Offer.

Unless expressly permitted, Affiliates may not:

  • bid on an Advertiser's trademark or brand name;
  • bid on misspellings of an Advertiser's brand;
  • register domains containing an Advertiser's trademark;
  • impersonate an Advertiser;
  • create websites designed to appear as official Advertiser websites;
  • use misleading display URLs;
  • use unauthorized PPC campaigns;
  • use unauthorized social media advertising;
  • use unauthorized email marketing;
  • use unauthorized incentivized traffic.

An Advertiser may impose additional restrictions on traffic sources for a particular Offer.

If an Offer prohibits brand bidding or other paid advertising methods, the Affiliate must comply with those restrictions regardless of whether the advertising platform technically permits the campaign.

9. Email, Messaging and Direct Marketing

Affiliates must not use unsolicited spam, bulk messaging or other unlawful communications to promote Seven Affiliates Offers.

Where email, SMS, messaging applications or similar communication channels are used, Affiliates must:

  • have the required consent where applicable;
  • comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws;
  • clearly identify the promotional nature of the communication where required;
  • identify the sender appropriately;
  • provide legally required opt-out or unsubscribe mechanisms;
  • avoid deceptive subject lines or misleading content.

Seven Affiliates may require approval of specific email or messaging campaigns before an Affiliate distributes them.

10. Tracking and Attribution

Seven Affiliates provides Tracking Links and related tracking technology to attribute traffic and qualifying actions to Affiliates.

Affiliates must use the Tracking Links provided by Seven Affiliates and must not modify, manipulate or obscure them in a manner that interferes with tracking.

Commissions are calculated using data recorded by the Seven Affiliates tracking system and/or data received from the applicable Advertiser.

Only tracked and properly attributed qualifying activity is eligible for Commission.

Seven Affiliates is not responsible for commissions that cannot be attributed because of:

  • incorrectly implemented Tracking Links;
  • unauthorized modifications to Tracking Links;
  • technical issues outside Seven Affiliates' reasonable control;
  • browser or device limitations;
  • users deleting or blocking cookies or tracking technologies;
  • incorrect promotional implementation by the Affiliate;
  • activity that cannot reasonably be attributed to the Affiliate.

Where a tracking discrepancy occurs, Seven Affiliates may investigate the relevant data before determining the final Commission.

11. Commissions and Qualification

Affiliates may earn commissions according to the applicable Offer.

Commissions may be calculated using:

CPA

A fixed amount payable for each Qualified Player or FTD meeting the requirements of the relevant Offer.

Revenue Share

A percentage of qualifying net revenue generated by players attributed to the Affiliate, calculated according to the applicable Offer.

Hybrid

A combination of CPA and Revenue Share.

An Affiliate is not automatically entitled to a Commission merely because a user clicks an Affiliate link or registers.

The user must satisfy all applicable requirements of the relevant Offer.

Non-qualifying activity may include, without limitation:

  • fraudulent activity;
  • duplicate registrations;
  • self-referrals;
  • chargebacks;
  • refunded deposits;
  • cancelled transactions;
  • users from restricted jurisdictions;
  • users who fail the Advertiser's verification requirements;
  • users who fail minimum deposit requirements;
  • activity that violates the applicable Offer;
  • activity generated through prohibited traffic methods.

Advertiser-specific qualification requirements will be stated in the relevant Offer.

12. Revenue Share and Adjustments

Where an Offer provides Revenue Share, the calculation will be based on the applicable definition of qualifying net revenue stated in that Offer.

Revenue Share may be adjusted for amounts including, where applicable:

  • refunds;
  • chargebacks;
  • fraudulent activity;
  • bonus costs;
  • player winnings;
  • taxes;
  • payment processing costs;
  • other deductions specified in the relevant Offer.

Where an Offer includes negative carryover, the negative balance will be applied according to the terms of that Offer.

Seven Affiliates may adjust previously recorded Commission where an Advertiser subsequently identifies fraudulent, refunded, charged-back, duplicated or otherwise non-qualifying activity.

13. Payments

Commissions are calculated and processed monthly.

The minimum payout threshold is €100, unless a different threshold is expressly stated for a particular payment method or Offer.

If your approved balance is below the applicable minimum payout threshold, the balance will roll over to the following payment period until the threshold is reached.

Available payment methods may include bank transfer, electronic payment services or other methods made available through the Platform.

Seven Affiliates may require Affiliates to provide complete and accurate payment information before a payment is processed.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up to date.

Seven Affiliates is not responsible for delays, failed payments or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by an Affiliate.

Any payment processing, bank, intermediary, currency conversion or payment-provider fees may be deducted from payments where applicable.

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, duties and reporting obligations arising from payments received from Seven Affiliates, except where Seven Affiliates is legally required to withhold or report amounts.

14. Advertiser Payment Dependency

Seven Affiliates operates as an affiliate marketing network and may receive Commission funds from Advertisers before distributing applicable amounts to Affiliates.

Where an Advertiser fails to pay, delays payment, disputes amounts, becomes insolvent or otherwise does not provide sufficient funds to Seven Affiliates, Seven Affiliates will not be required to pay the corresponding Affiliate Commission until the relevant funds have been received.

Seven Affiliates may therefore delay, withhold or adjust payments where the corresponding Advertiser payment has not been received.

This provision does not affect amounts that Seven Affiliates has already received and that are otherwise approved and payable to an Affiliate, except where such amounts are subject to fraud investigation, chargeback, refund, adjustment or another permitted deduction under these Terms.

15. Fraud Investigations and Withholding of Commissions

Seven Affiliates may investigate any activity that it reasonably believes may involve Fraud, invalid traffic, prohibited promotional methods or a violation of these Terms or an applicable Offer.

During an investigation, Seven Affiliates may:

  • temporarily withhold pending Commissions;
  • suspend access to an Offer;
  • disable Tracking Links;
  • request information or supporting documentation;
  • review traffic sources and promotional methods;
  • reverse or adjust previously recorded Commissions;
  • suspend the Affiliate account.

If an investigation determines that Commission was generated through Fraud, prohibited activity or a breach of these Terms, Seven Affiliates may permanently withhold the relevant Commission.

If Seven Affiliates has previously paid an amount that is later determined to have resulted from Fraud, chargebacks, refunds or other non-qualifying activity, Seven Affiliates may deduct the amount from future Commissions or require repayment.

16. Verification and Compliance

Seven Affiliates may request information necessary to verify an Affiliate's identity, business, promotional activities or payment details.

This may include:

  • government-issued identification;
  • proof of address;
  • company registration documents;
  • ownership information;
  • payment account information;
  • websites and traffic sources;
  • information regarding advertising campaigns;
  • tax information;
  • other reasonable compliance documentation.

If an Affiliate does not provide requested information within a reasonable period, Seven Affiliates may suspend the account or withhold payments until the verification process is completed.

Seven Affiliates may also suspend or terminate accounts where information provided is inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent.

17. Intellectual Property

Seven Affiliates retains all rights, title and interest in its Platform, website, software, tracking technology, dashboard, branding, trademarks, logos, content and other intellectual property.

Advertisers retain ownership of their respective trademarks, logos, brands, creative materials and intellectual property.

Subject to these Terms and the applicable Offer, Seven Affiliates grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to use approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting approved Offers.

Affiliates must not:

  • modify Advertiser logos or trademarks without permission;
  • register domains containing Advertiser trademarks without authorization;
  • create misleadingly similar branding;
  • represent themselves as an Advertiser or as Seven Affiliates;
  • claim ownership of Seven Affiliates or Advertiser intellectual property;
  • continue using promotional materials after an Offer or account has been terminated.

Upon termination or withdrawal of an Offer, the Affiliate must promptly stop using the relevant Tracking Links, Creatives, trademarks and promotional materials.

18. Confidentiality

During participation in the Seven Affiliates program, Affiliates may receive confidential information, including:

  • private commission rates;
  • Advertiser information;
  • unpublished Offers;
  • campaign conditions;
  • commercial agreements;
  • performance data;
  • platform information;
  • technical information;
  • business information.

Affiliates agree not to disclose or misuse confidential information obtained through the Seven Affiliates Platform.

Confidential information may only be used for purposes directly related to participation in the affiliate program.

This obligation does not apply to information that:

  • is publicly available through no breach of these Terms;
  • was lawfully known before disclosure;
  • is independently developed;
  • must be disclosed by law or a valid legal order.

19. Privacy and Data Protection

Seven Affiliates may collect and process personal information required to operate the Platform, manage Affiliate accounts, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements and communicate with Affiliates.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Seven Affiliates Privacy Policy.

By registering for an account, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable Privacy Policy.

Affiliates are independently responsible for ensuring that their own collection, processing and use of personal data complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Where an Affiliate uses email, social media, advertising platforms, cookies, tracking technologies or other systems that process personal data, the Affiliate is responsible for obtaining any legally required consent and providing required notices.

20. Representations and Warranties

By participating in the Seven Affiliates program, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
  2. All information provided to Seven Affiliates is accurate and complete.

  6. You will comply with all applicable gambling, advertising, consumer protection, privacy and marketing requirements.
  7. You will not knowingly generate Fraud or otherwise manipulate the Seven Affiliates tracking or payment systems.

21. Suspension and Termination

Either Seven Affiliates or an Affiliate may terminate participation in the program.

Seven Affiliates may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate account where it reasonably believes that the Affiliate:

  • has breached these Terms;
  • has breached an Offer;
  • has engaged in Fraud;
  • has generated prohibited traffic;
  • has violated applicable law;
  • has provided false information;
  • has failed a compliance or verification process;
  • has misused Seven Affiliates or Advertiser intellectual property;
  • has engaged in conduct that may expose Seven Affiliates or an Advertiser to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately stop:

  • using Tracking Links;
  • promoting Offers;
  • using Seven Affiliates branding;
  • using Advertiser promotional materials;
  • representing itself as an approved Seven Affiliates Affiliate.

Where an account is terminated for ordinary reasons and there is no unresolved breach, Fraud, chargeback or other adjustment, approved and payable Commissions may remain payable subject to these Terms.

Where an account is terminated due to Fraud, illegal activity or a material breach, Seven Affiliates may withhold affected Commissions and may take other action permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seven Affiliates, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and participating Advertisers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • the Affiliate's breach of these Terms;

Seven Affiliates will not be responsible for failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, third-party platform failures, payment-provider failures, Advertiser failures, regulatory changes or other events beyond Seven Affiliates' reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seven Affiliates' total liability arising from an Affiliate's participation in the program will be limited to the amount of Commission actually paid to that Affiliate by Seven Affiliates during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

25. Changes to These Terms

Seven Affiliates may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on the Seven Affiliates website and the "Last Updated" date will be changed accordingly.

Where appropriate, Seven Affiliates may notify Affiliates of material changes through email, the Platform or another reasonable communication method.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended commercial purpose, where legally permitted.
