Affiliate Landing Pages for Casino Offers

Affiliate Landing Pages for Casino Offers

Quick answer: An affiliate landing page is the page your ad or post sends people to before they click through to the casino or sportsbook. For gambling offers it needs original content (not just a redirect), clear bonus terms, responsible gambling information, fast loading, and one obvious next step. Google Ads rejects pages "solely designed to send users elsewhere".

I'm Rihards, founder of Seven Affiliates, and I've spent five years in iGaming. A landing page is where paid traffic either becomes a player or becomes an expensive statistic.

Think of your landing page as a shop window. [Presses nose against glass.] People walking past decide in seconds whether to come in, and if the window is empty, dusty or covered in small print, they keep walking. The good news: you don't need a fancy window. You need a clean one with the right things in it.

Based on Google Ads destination requirements, Google's gambling and games policy and ASA guidance.

What is an affiliate landing page, and do you need one?

It's a page you own that sits between your traffic and the operator. It might compare a few offers, explain one bonus, or preview a match. If you run paid ads for gambling, you almost certainly need one, because sending ad clicks straight to an operator (direct linking) is often restricted by programs and rarely helps you convert.

A good landing page also does something a direct link can't: it earns trust.

Direct linkLanding page
Google AdsOften rejected or restrictedAccepted if it has original content
Program rulesOften restrictedUsually expected
Trust before the clickNoneBuilt by your comparison or review
TestingNothing to testHeadlines, layouts and offers

Someone who reads a clear, honest comparison arrives at the casino already half-convinced. Someone who got bounced there directly arrives confused, like a person who walked into a shop because the door was open. [Looks around. Leaves.]

How do you show bonus offers correctly on a landing page?

Put the terms that change the deal next to the offer, not buried at the bottom. In the UK, promotions "must clearly and prominently communicate all applicable significant conditions if their omission is likely to mislead consumers" (ASA), such as:

Significant conditionPut it where?
Eligibility (new customers only, age, location)Right under the offer headline
Deposit or wagering requirementsNext to the offer, before the button
Time limitsNext to the offer
Minimum odds or bet typesNext to the offer, for sports offers

In Great Britain, wagering requirements are capped at ten times from 19 January 2026 (Gambling Commission), so check old landing pages for offers that can't exist any more. A shop window full of last season's prices is still a shop window, just a slightly embarrassing one.

Why does landing page speed matter so much?

Because you paid for that click, and slow pages waste it. Google's Core Web Vitals give clear targets, measured at "the 75th percentile of page loads, segmented across mobile and desktop devices" (web.dev):

MetricWhat it measuresGood threshold
LCP (Largest Contentful Paint)How fast the main content appearsWithin 2.5 seconds
INP (Interaction to Next Paint)How fast the page responds to taps and clicks200 milliseconds or less
CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift)How much the page jumps around while loading0.1 or less

Speed also moves money. In a study "commissioned by Google and conducted by 55 and Deloitte" across 37 brand sites and over 30 million sessions, a 0.1-second mobile speed improvement saw retail shoppers spend 9.2% more, and a "21.6% improvement in the number of users that progressed to the Form Submission Page" for lead generation (web.dev). No gambling sites were in the study, so treat it as a direction, not a promise. But a tenth of a second is roughly how long it takes me to regret a second biscuit, and look how much that matters.

A casino landing page structure that converts

Keep it simple, top to bottom. The window display, if you like: the good stuff at eye level, the details within reach, nothing hidden behind the mannequin.

A practical structure that covers Google's requirements and UK bonus rules. Test variations, keep the order.

The headline matters most. If your ad says "compare UK casino welcome offers" and the page says "WELCOME TO THE BEST CASINO WORLD", people feel tricked and leave.

Match the promise, then keep it. Revolutionary, I know. I'll wait while you write that down.

Then measure it. Send conversions back to your tracker with a postback URL, and only scale a page once it earns more than it costs, as our guide on scaling when EPC exceeds CPC explains.

Common casino landing page mistakes

MistakeWhat happensFix
A page that's only a buttonGoogle can reject it as insufficient original contentAdd a genuine comparison or explanation
Bonus terms in the footerBreaks UK rules on significant conditionsTerms next to the offer
No responsible gambling sectionFails Google's gambling landing page requirementsAdd age warning and support resources
Heavy images and scriptsSlow on mobile, wasted clicksCompress images, cut scripts, test with web.dev targets
Cartoon mascots and meme stylingRisks UK rules on appeal to under-18sKeep the design adult

That last one comes from the UK advertising code, which bans gambling marketing likely "to be of strong appeal to children or young persons, especially by reflecting or being associated with youth culture" (CAP Code 16.3.12). Your shop window can be stylish. It can't look like a toy shop.

How we approach landing pages at Seven Affiliates

We're building a curated network of private iGaming offers. Offer terms are agreed privately with your account manager, so before you put an offer on a landing page, ask what you're allowed to show publicly and which markets it's approved for.

Generic PPC traffic is allowed, subject to each offer's terms, and brand bidding isn't allowed unless the specific offer explicitly allows it. Our dashboard tracks your traffic in real time, so you can see which landing page earns before you spend more on it. Clean window, clear prices, lights on.

FAQ

Do I need a landing page for casino affiliate offers?

For paid traffic, almost always. Google Ads rejects destinations "solely designed to send users elsewhere", and many programs restrict direct linking. A landing page with original content also converts better than an unexplained redirect.

What must a gambling landing page show for Google Ads?

Google's gambling policy lists an age warning, addiction resources, terms and conditions, a privacy policy and information about responsible gambling. Affiliate sites must link only to licensed operators in the targeted region.

How fast should a landing page load?

Google's Core Web Vitals targets are Largest Contentful Paint within 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint of 200 milliseconds or less, and Cumulative Layout Shift of 0.1 or less.

Where should bonus terms go on a landing page?

Next to the offer. In the UK, significant conditions such as eligibility, wagering requirements, time limits and minimum odds must be shown clearly and prominently, not hidden in a footer.

What is the best landing page builder for affiliates?

Any builder that produces fast, mobile-friendly pages works. What matters more is the content: original, compliant, quick to load, and with one clear next step.
